Can you feather sex pansy or sparkly coturnix? If so what am i looking for?

Pansy, maybe. Sparkly, no.

For a pansy, if the head is a solid colour, it's most likely male. Females will usually have clear crescent cheek markings.

Full sparkly males have brown/red faces, and visible red on the chests.

The male is very red because he carries roux, I don’t have any pics of the one who didn’t carry roux, but his face was just darker brown.

So far about half of my pansy hatch looks like this. Does this look male? Because of the red head?View attachment 2849760
Most of mine with red neck rings like that ended up being male. The rings around the neck will turn black though. I can’t say for sure because I don’t know your bloodlines well, but I’ve bred a pearl male with the red neck like that (it turned black before it was making foam) to a group that included scarlets, and it produced some male and female full roux chicks, which means he carried roux. Hens can’t carry roux without showing it, so only crossing a roux or roux carrier to the scarlets would have made any roux males. This has led me to assume that the ones I have that show heavy red at the neck like that, are male roux carriers.
