Can you hatch a chickens first egg??

I have a rooster and 20 something hens and one just laid a egg is the first one incbateable?? This egg looked big to me

Yes, you can incubate a pullet's first egg. I did it with my Silkies' first eggs. Whether it's fertile or not is another question entirely. I have about the same male to female ratio between my year old rooster (only male old enough to mate at the moment) and laying pullets and hens, and only 7 of the 42 eggs I put in the incubator were fertile.
