Can you sex fully feathered ducks by colour alone?

Only reason I am asking is because we have a single duck.. It is 8 weeks old now, and still peeps like a baby.

The colour is quite similar to my previous female Blue Fawn Calls - a little different, but still quite comparable.

Very pretty! the colouring looks female but by 8wks she should be quacking up a storm~
