We have someone who also lives in michigan that asked about having button quail shipped. I wouldn't think so because they are so small, but is it possible? Thanks

you may want to ask quaillady she has buttons and ships you could ask her

it doesn't really matter now because we are going to meet them half way. But thanks for the help though

I'd still like to hear the answer to this from other breeders. When I bought 14 buttons last summer and had them sent by truck to me, by the time they arrived, two of them were DOA, but the rest were fine. It was a long trip for them, over 24 hours.

Sure you can ship Button quail. I ship Express and stick some fruit in there and the birds do well. Shipping normally is $35 for up to 4 buttons (2 pairs). Not too bad.

YOU FORGOT THE 17.00 BOX, AND TRYING TO GET 4 OF THE LIL PSYCHO PIGMIES IN A BOX AND IT SEALED IS RATHER LIKE PLAYING WHACKAMOLE WITH FEATHERS ADDED...

ALL IN ALL SINCE THEY ARE SO TINY THEY ARE RATHER CHEAP COMPARED TO MANY OTHER SPECES.... I COULD JUST TEACH THEM ALL TO FLY IN PLACE FOR ABOUT 3-4 MINUTES WHEN THE POSTAL CLERK GOES TO WEIGH THE BOX....

That includes the $4-$5 box...you can use a 'chick box' for buttons.
