They look to be I can't tell fully but clean legged marans are feather footed

They look like they could be Black Australrops. Is the skin on their feet/toes pinky-white?

Not necessarily...the French kind has the feathered legs I think, and the other "variety" doesn't. But I'm obviously not an expert, and I'm really not sure on their breed, to be honest.

They look like pullets to me. Usually, by my experience, the pullets develop their tail feathers before the males do.
