Can you tell if these are pullets?

Not necessarily...the French kind has the feathered legs I think, and the other "variety" doesn't. :) But I'm obviously not an expert, and I'm really not sure on their breed, to be honest. :p
They look like they could be Black Australrops. Is the skin on their feet/toes pinky-white?
here are a few more pictures of one of them.
 
They look like pullets to me. Usually, by my experience, the pullets develop their tail feathers before the males do.
