Where did you get her? It is hard to tell breed in chicks. It will be easier when she is 4-6 weeks old and has all her feathers.

x2, but from her current coloring (plus the muffs), I'd guess that she's a mix breed.

i got her it from a friend that has tons of different breeds of chickens... it hatched from a brown egg if that helps any...lol

Likely a mixed breed unless your friend separates her breeds. You will know sex in 6 weeks or so.

yeah i am sure it is a mixed breed as she does not seperate her flocks............i was jsut curious & wondering if there was a way to tell now instead of waiting...lol.
