Can you tell me why my 3 month old brahma still have no tail?

That looks like a Cochin which do not ever really get tails. Where did you get her and are you sure she's a Brahma?

Because the bird has a pea comb. The line my brahma come from also take some time to develop their tail

Every bird develops differently. Brahma don't have pointy tails so she looks normal to me. Cochins would have straight comb
