Can you tell me your experience with New Country Organics feed?

My 6 week old chicks are on the NCO grower feed and they won't eat the field peas or the corn. Anyone had that experience? I'm going thru the feed super fast since there are 225 chicks! Any suggestions? It was in a feeder and they were scratching it out and all over the coop floor. I've tried putting it directly on the ground/floor of their coop with same results. They seem happy and healthy but even after holding food while closely watching the quantity on the floor for a few days I just cannot imagine that floor isn't totally empty of food at this point.
