Can Your Chicken Spread Disease?

Hey guys, I am wondering if my chicken can spread disease to me if I don’t wash my hands after touching her. I do make sure to keep her clean, feed her organic, and she is the only chicken I have so far, but I just want to make sure. Thank you!
