Canadian Buy ~ Sell ~ Trade

I would like to make a suggestion. I think it would be a good idea for a canadian Buy ~ Sell ~ trade fourm for the canadian users on the site. I am one and i find it really dificuly to find people from canada that are selling buying and tradeing poultry and equipment.

We're working on a few changes to the BST system that will hopefully help resolve this.

Until they you can use the search feature to find all postings made by Canadian BST posters. Every person that starts a new thread is required to enter their location which can be searched using this tool:

https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/search.php

Just select a BST section and select Canada. For example, I found 6 postings in Other Poultry - Buy Sell Trade from peeps in Canada.

I think an "International" Auction board would be good. I know that I"d like to sell fertile eggs but it almost seems hopeless to place an ad in the current system because it's so overrun with American ads.

I really feel that BYC should add this feature for the Canadian, Australian, British and all international posters. It would make the system so much easier to use by this group of people, and would encourage those of us who would like to sell eggs to buy a membership. Right now it's just too discouraging to pay money for it.

If you have your geo location set up and put your location in the title of your listing, it is a tremendous help.

I understand, because it is frustrating to find something that is "for me" and to find that it is too far away in anohter state or country or pick up only, etc.
