A recent article with Oprah has Canadians up in arms with bylaws preventing them from keeping chickens in the backyard, these laws are supported by the Egg Farmers of Canada Association. These protectionist laws are outdated and are limiting Canadians across the country, from keeping their own birds.

Well I'm Rural so it's a non issue for us but i think lack of correct information is part of the problem, so many don't even know a thing about chickens other than how many dollars a pound it is this week lol

Should be interesting to see what happens over the next while.
