Welcome Maritimers
wee.gif

I'm just across the Northumberland Strait in PEI. I'm raising silver-pencilled Plymouth Rocks. Do you know anyone else who have these in the Maritimes?

Very pretty, at first glance I thought they were silver penciled wyandottes.

I am in Fredericton area... can you tell me where your came from originally, as I don't want the same bloodlines... a lot of them come from a man outside of Moncton... so from PEI, NS or Ont or hatchery stock would be great.

Hi all , here are more pics of the silver pencilled Plymouth Rocks from Prince Edward Island. The breed is quite scarce. I have a few pullets this year with split wings, which is a genetic defect. I'll be breeding eight young pullets next spring; if I have good luck with no split wings, I may be interested in selling some eggs in the 2014 year.
