candleing ??

Tap a few times on the bator, and see if you hear peeps.
I would use candling as a last resort, and real quick, but I think I'd wait till day 22.

No Nothing. I am a little worried. Two have spots on them now that kinda look like mold. I'm not sure why. Oh I hope they hatch.

here is hoping for you!

These are little black spots. Not loose but on or in the egg. They were light spots in the beginning but have turned black. Last time I candled they were moving that was last week though. Oh this is killing me.

If you saw movement and proper development a week ago and the temp and humidity conditions have remained steady, then chances are that at least some of them will hatch for you. They are probably just taking their time to make you go crazy.

Double check your counting of your days of incubation. The rule from speckledhen is that if you started them in the incubator after high noon on that first day, then maybe you shouldn't start counting day 1 until the next day. I started my first hatch one evening, so I didn't start counting day 1 until until the next day. Also the day count could vary if you started them in a cold vs. pre-warmed incubator. If it took them several hours to warm up on the first day, then maybe you can't count that very first day.

I was worried about mine, too, when they candled okay at day 18, but didn't start wiggling until the beginning of day 21. I still had an excellent hatch. I do hope they start doing something for you soon as waiting is very agonizing.

Were the spots there from the very beginning? Did you candle the eggs before you set them? Were the spots there then?

It could be a blood spot, meat spot, or even the chicks eye.

If your temps have been running a little low it could have slowed your hatch down.

How is your humidity now?

What time did day 21 start?

Just trying to get some information so that when the real experts see this they can help more.
