Candling Eggs! Success? Or Fail?

This are my Black Jersey eggs from my STILL air incubator. It is the 13 day inside the incubator and This is my first time. I'm wondering if they are suppose to look like this.

Success? Or Fail?
Im not sure if its right or wrong. First time candling eggs. Sorry image isn't that clear.

The first and last ones look good. I am no so sure bout the middle one but it's hard to tell under some angles of lighting. At day 13, you should be able to see some veins in the eggs and movements. But, if your flashlight isn't the most powerful or if the eggs are exceptionally dark/thick, it can be hard to tell. I have some eggs on day 13 so maybe I could snap some picture of those and post them for you to see. I wouldn't give up yet. Compare them to a raw egg and if they are darker, just let them go for a few more days. Check on day 18 and the majority of the egg should be dark.

Hmmmm, the air pocket looks large. What is the humidity set at? I can't tell from the pics...but maybe they are fertile....there is definately something going on in there!

I don't think the light spots is the air pocket. I think that's the albumen stuff below the feet area of the chick. The pointy end. Where is the air pocket though? I'm thinking it is hidden by where the hand is. My guess is your humidity is a bit high.

Yes, the air pocket is hidden. The humidity is 60% right now it won't go any lower.. I have no water in it and if I put water it goes up to 75% - 80%

The middle egg is dead, it has a blood ring

I agree. The second egg in your original post is dead. Blood ring around the middle indicates the embryo died.

To me it looks like none of your eggs are going to hatch. By day 13 you should almost be able to see something resembling a chick inside. The embry would also be moving by then, considering the incubation period is only 21 days. The 3rd egg is porous and if it was fertile it wouldnt hatch anyway(porous eggs die because bacteria enters easily). Next time, make sure the humidity is higher. 60% is waaaaay too low, it makes the shell hard and makes it harder for the chick to get out. I know this as i had my own hatching disaster. My incubator was old and i couldnt keep the humidity high enough. I lost 3 fully developed chicks because the shells were too hard for them to break through. Try to keep the humidity between 70-80%, you will have more success then.
