I am good with raw spinach too. Cooked is ok once in a while....drowned in trappy's hot pepper sauce.

Bread rising here too. Eggs on to boil for deviled eggs and a couple for a potato salad.

I like my spinach best raw. I’m OK with it on a pizza and in scrambled eggs. The worst thing is canned spinach . When I cooked at our local nursing home, we’d serve that every now and then. It reminded me of lake algae, and I always felt bad putting it on their plates.

Never could tolerate spinach frozen or canned great raw in salad or 15 minutes cookie sheet olive oil salt pepper

From my understanding people low in iron will crave the dark green iron rich foods.

Lots of vitamins in that raw spinach.

That explains my love of spinach!

Prime Rib coming to room temperature on the counter. Dinner will be simple. Prime Rib, baked potato and broccoli. Of course dessert will be cookies.
