Can't build for the rain

I've been dodging rain and tornadoes trying to build mine as well. The storm we had Wednesday night damaged what is going to be my covered run. I'm working on the coop every time the sun shines, so, my yard it getting a bit overgrown as well.

I was gonna fuss about having all the material delivered, and how it's been sitting in my driveway for almost two weeks while I wait for the rain to stop.... But I'm not dealing with tornados like @JagZilla is... so I really can't complain lol

Right no tornadoes here yet anyways we do get them but I’ve never really had one affect me directly some wind damage about it

LOL. We had 44 confirmed tornadoes in Mississippi, just on April 18th alone, and several before and since then. It's been a pretty active Spring for us here.

I can't complain too much though. I was stationed in Wichita, Ks for 5 years in the Air Force. They get a mile wide, and wipe out whole cities there.

@JagZilla WOW stay safe! I moved from East Texas to western Colorado just to escape the tornadoes. Here I can enjoy how pretty the stormy spring skies are, instead of hiding in the basement lol
BUT.... it really would be nice if the rain would stop long enough for me to get this coop built

I feel your frustrations, my coop is going on 3 weekends now due to weather!

I'm getting really frustrated at the rain where I live too, it seems to be bright and sunny all week, then when we get to the weekend where I actually have some decent chunks of time to work outdoors during daylight hours - BOOM. Pouring rain.

It was doing that for a while here too - but now it's gone to just rain every few days.
