Can't set up auction

I am trying to start an auction but the system tells me I need to close some old auctions- I can't find any open classifieds I have still open. My profile shows 0. Help please.

You can go to the advanced search here
https://www.backyardchickens.com/search.php?action=advanced
Enter your username in the "Search by Username" field.
Click the "Posts only" radio button
Under "Additional Search Options" click on "Buy~Sell~Trade" and hit submit.

Have you tried clearing your Cache?
