So that means your permissions are correct. It could either be because they have set their profile to not be shown, or because of their user state (that member is pending email validation)

I'm having the same issue with several accounts. One person whose account is like that can't post in any threads. Says that she's given an Insufficient Permission To Post Here message. She requested the validation email twice but still hasn't received. If someone would look into that ASAP, that would be much appreciated
