Shame on me!! I have forgotten to mention I will be bringing quite a few flavors of Jams and Jellies as well as pickled quail eggs.

I did very well with them this year at the Hickory Fair taking lots of ribbons.

Sandy, "IF" I can get some made before next weekend I will have Caramel Bourbon Apple Butter available. I am entering it in the Lincolnton Apple Festival this coming Saturday. I have made several batches already this summer and it sells literally before I can even get it into the jars. Have an order of 12 to make for someone before Christmas.

I have a blue but its hard to tell what it is...I am leaning toward roo but the more I look the less sure I am...I had sold it and the gal was determined it was a roo ( its about 7 weeks old ) and gave it back! I have learned these are very tricky. If you want I will hold for you to peek at!! See what you think! I have kept roos to have them be hens and vice versa??? I swear my Amers are easier!!

Halloween is coming and do have an adorable infant "Chicken" costume from Old Navy. Without pulling it out I believe it fits upto 24 months. $30 (only bringing if pre-paid) Also have a Cow costume for 4-5 year old, hand made but still cute $15.
