CAROLINA CHICKENSTOCK FALL 2012

I also will have these nifty cage cards for sale. We have about of them in many different colors and with different writing on them or none at all. I often flipped them around to use the other side if I did not use what was stamped on the other side. They also have clips that come with them for clipping to a cage.
I write on these with a sharpie and wipe it off with alcohol to use again and again.
There are used ones and brand new ones available.

Each one is 25 cents and that includes the clip. Without the clip they are 20 cents each.

These have been great on my breeding pens and to date my broody hens. I use them for tons of things on my pens or cages. Very useful if you move hens around to certain roos to date that or to keep hatch dates on certain brooders. I also have used them in my incubator to clip to a tray for hatch dates when I have massive quantities and did not want to write on each egg.

Amy, can I get four plain/blank green and four of the "for sale" tags, all with clips please.

Yes, I believe I can do that. Let me go see if I have all those.

Oh, and on the dogs coming. I worry about dogs around chickens, ducks, Guineas , turkeys and anything else. Even well behaved dogs can scare the bejeezes out of poultry. Just the smell sets them off and they are already stressed enough. But it isn't my call.

I just found out he gets to go to doggy day care that day so its not a big deal.

I think I will be bringing cages to sell for people that have several small birds they need to take to shows. We used them for Guinea Pigs and rabbits and now have stopped going to shows so we do not need them all. I am keeping some for my bantam Cochins and d'Uccles but will try to get photos taken of them and posted along with dimensions pretty soon. I will probably bring birds in them for selling but will have them marked for sale or will take pre-orders for them. They are all in good shape.
I may preorder a couple if they are what we're looking for. How much are you going to be asking?

Just scrolled down and saw the pictures. How many of each of the sizes do you have? I'd be interested in a couple of the bigger ones and one of the small ones too.

Here are the cages for sale.

We have 3 that are 16x24x11 ($15) and at least one, maybe more, of the 24x24x11 ($20). The slide out pans are 3" deep or you can choose to not use a pan and just have wire bottomed cages. Pan goes with cages though.
I have used these for chicks, especially in the summer when air circulation is needed and I have used them for small birds like d'Uccles when they are young. Great for transporting chicks, too.
These are very easy to stack and we have them 4 high in our Guinea Pig room.

If anyone would like to see better photos, just let me know.

Amy, do you have any of the 24"x24" cages left? Also I would like to get some of the cage cards with the clips. Thanks.

I have 2 large ones for sale that are 24x24 that are $20 each and we also have a 24x30 for $30, same design, same company makes them all.
I have 3 16x24 so if you want one of those I can do that at $15 each.

I can take PayPal to hold them for you til Chickenstock, if you like.

Quote: As I posted above I do still have the cages right now and even have another one that is 24x30x11 for $30.

I will take PayPal to hold the cages but the tags I will be happy to hold if that is all you wind up getting. Otherwise, if you want to pay for everything together I will bring it all to Chickenstock packaged together and ready for you.
