Carolina Chickenstock Spring 2013

Wow, I can't believe I will be coming without anything to sell this time around! Everything has been sold already and I am waiting for the next bunch of birds to mature. Maybe I will have something more to sell come fall Chickenstock.

I will see if I have any eggs to donate for the raffle though. Maybe Cayuga duck eggs, if they are still laying. Or chocolate Muscovy. I should have some Runner duck eggs, maybe Golden Cuckoo Marans or bantam Cochins. I possibly could have extra Guinea eggs from my project color pens or even some turkey eggs. In 3 weeks who knows what ideas these birds will have on laying!
Oh, and maybe some peacock eggs to sell! Anyone wanting those?

I really am only looking for lavender Silkies and I know those are hard to find.

Maybe a few jam/jellies and that's really it till fall. I just recently started hatching for the year and not doing a ton so most will be grown out for a bit before being offered for sale this year.

Hi Everyone! I just wanted to add that I will probably have a Bantam Birchen Cochin Pair or maybe 2 pairs for sale at CS in addition to my other items that are on my list.
These are photos of the parents.
They are in the tween stage right now, and I am asking 20 per pair. I will only sell them as pairs. I won't have any trios or single ladies for sale in this variety.
I may have some 4 to 6 week old birds in this variety as well, but I need to sort through and see which ones I want to keep.

Also, I wanted to add that I may have some Bantam Calico Cochin Chicks for CS as well. I am not taking pre-orders for these, as it will depend on how many I have to hatch between now and the CS. If I have any chicks they will be 20.00 per pair. Pairs only, no single ladies or trios available.
I have a Mille Fleur Cochin "Bob" and a Calico Cochin Rooster "Jayce" in the pen with 4 hens.
You can PM me to let me know if you are interested in a pair and I will let you know closer to CS what I will have.

I have been building up my flock of BANTAM Jubilee orpingtons this spring so I have not had any to sell. I do however have one Rooster that I am thinking os bringing to CS. I am one of only a few breeders that have the bantam jubilee orpingtons. They are 100% English. The ones that have been up for auction, eggs and birds have been the large fowl. The rooster that I have is about 3 months old. He is $100.00. If interested you can reply on here or PM me.

Okay, I think I may be able to bring some birds to sell.
I still have the bantam Cochin pair on my For Sale page.
I have a smooth Sizzle roo that is silver partridge and a Silkie pullet that is gold partridge that can go together. I have a smooth Sizzle black pullet that can make them a trio.

I may bring chicks but so far I would love to hold on to them all. I have a blue bantam Cochin rooster I would love to keep but can't decide what I would put him with other than my blue Frizzle hen so I may hang on to him.
And several Mille Fluer bantam Cochin roosters that are gorgeous but I already have so many here. And a Mottled bantam Cochin roo that I sold the pullet from the pair and now only have him, which is why I try to stick to not selling only pullets.

Chicks, keets, ducklings hatch every day here so I will just have to see what else I may bring.
