So, I finally got my mom to agree to eat my farm fresh eggs. She was apprehensive about eating eggs from such pretty birds, and I was so happy she would finally try them. She typically microwaves an egg or two a day, so I've found out. She got the eggs home I gave her today, put two in the microwave for about 20 seconds and they instantly exploded. She now believes my eggs contain grenades because "store eggs never do this."
Any idea why fresh eggs (that are actually HEALTHIER) would be more likely to explode in the microwave?
