I am disgusted by this! I just knew they were going to say guilty and it is a slap in the face that it only took them this long to decide that she isn't guilty. I am very upset that justice will not prevail in this case. A woman who has proven over and over again that she did this is going to walk away free. It is a sad day indeed.
How could they NOT see this? We all did.

I think she AND her parents are guilty of SOMETHING, even if just being total nut jobs. But what I saw/heard from the trial, I didn't see enough evidence that SHE did anything. Some, but not enough for a murder conviction. I've sat as a juror for a murder trial, and they really REALLY beat it into our heads that it had to be 100% guilty, no questions at all. Which is what I didn't see.

What gets me why her motive to lie the law officals? There is nothing to gain from it.

If she gets a year for each charge, that's 4 years, and she'd have another 18 months to serve.

But they don't have to give her the maximum sentence, a year is I believe the maximum.

Oh I didn't say she was not guilty , just the facts didn't prove it. Thats one thing about our courts, rather set a guilty person free ,rather than sent a innocent person to their death.

Except that very thing has happened often enough in pretty much every state in the nation. We've turned more than a few loose from Death Row after it was later revealed (often many years later) that they had not in fact committed the crime they were convicted of.

I do not agree with the verdict, but I was not on the jury. However, one thing she will not get away from is the "ultimate" judgement one day. Then she will pay for her crimes..........
