**Casey Anthony Verdict In ..**

I'm not going to be the poop pilot for this one - I agree with you. While this case absorbed and fascinated everyone (thanks to a lot of really idiotic 'legal experts' totally misguiding the public), there were a lot of people OUT of the spotlight who were suffering and in need of help and support.

i agree with you.they did not prove she did it.but emotionally,i would have given her felony murder.she should have shown some sadness somewhere.today, right before the verdict ,was the only time i saw her really show emotion, when she thought she might lose HER life.

as far as the family, just becuase they look like good grandparents doesn't make them so.you never know what goes on behind closed doors.

so can she now come out and say what really happened(if she knows) ?
she will tell someone oneday.

Everything you said is UNFORTUNATELY so true.
Casey Anthony had an excellent defense lawyer who knew that without a clear cause of death, all he needed was to create doubt to free her, and once again, like OJ Simpson, a guilty person got away with a crime that shocked a nation.
I don't believe anyone questions this woman's guilt.
Even thought she will not be called a murderer, she will always be a criminal. A criminal so cold, calculated, and selfish, .......a psychopath that will make even the worst cold blooded murderer feel the chill.

The worst part about all this is that a innocent small child with the face of an angel, has paid a terrible price, and as a parent of a three year old I can not stop thinking of how frighten she must have been in the last moments of life, and how lonely that poor baby was in her short life. People think that children so small don't understand when they are not loved, and wanted, but they do understand, they understand a lot more than we give them credit.

I hope in one day justice will be serve, and Casey Anthony and her parents will pay a price for taking this child’s life.

My hope is that the child did drown in the pool or by being given too much chloroform. Hopefully in some way that was very quick and she did not suffer.

That is the ONLY thing that I can find any comfort in. Even that is very little comfort. Another person who will not get a chance to live a full life.

This.

We have a HUGE problem with our legal system right now and a HUGE problem in our general public over what we are being fed and who we listen to and who we let lie to us.......

The FCC rules once stated that f you call yourself a NEWS program what you say must be factually true. In 2003 this rule was declared unconstitutional and un-enforceable. Democracy cannot exist in this state. Our legal system depends on our believing that it works and every one of these cases is a deliberate attempt to make it so that the general public no longer believes in our system.

The system DOES need to be fixed, but using these cases to create a general sense of disbelief is not good for the republic.

It is a choice.

It is a choice of who you listen to.

You listen to Nancy Grace, you listen to ANYONE who is now screaming that this verdict is a 'shock', and you get misled.

To say this verdict is a 'shock' and that the 'jury wanted CSI type information', is - that is just so incredibly irresponsible.

To say that the evidence they had was 'convincing but the jury decided to ignore it' - that's outrageous. It's disgusting anyone would even IMAGINE themselves saying that, let alone saying it out loud.

Those people infuriate me. Thanks to them, I would not be surprised if the judge or some of the jurors get shot.

There is a REASON those jurors are not talking to the media.

Because thanks to people like Nancy Grace, they are now fearing for their lives.

I know some of them will need the money, or think they do, and take the risk, but I really hope they do not.

The media in our country is a shame and an embarrassment all over the world.

But as the cop said in 'Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs', 'The food was made to order, and now it's time for us all to pay the bill'.

Quite frankly, if the media had been a little more responsible, I think Anthony would have be in jail now.

I am commenting as a Canadian who knows bubkis about American law.... BUT I can tell you that HERE the jurors only know half the truth. and then its the bare minimum

my family was involved in a criminal case (its a sore spot i dont want to travel to) .. BUT the jurors were only allowed to hear half the evidence.. they were denied pictures of the scene... they were denied the testimony from an expert from sick kids hospital a world renowned hospital in these matters ... all because the judge deemed to to be prejudicial

a guilty party walked free.... 2 time convicted for the same charge

The system needs to be fixed....HOW?

In our world history, I have not, nor will I ever see a fail safe system. It is unfortunate that we as the public only listen to what the media brings us, while not one but numerous children daily are declared missing or found dead.
I am not sure what else to say....one media extravaganza...lots of bleeding hearts, yet another child is gone right now......and the media is at a Florida court house rehashing the same old stuff...

It remains innocent until proven guilty. There is no evidence presented that Casey did anything, other than be a scummy person. But that's not a crime. I talk to people daily who sound sweet and nice, who are really awful people. Life sucks.
