That's funny, yes, the scarecrow i have is one of those motion activated water sprayers. Worked with some of the feral cats, but this persian has figured out how to sneak around the perimeter and avoid it.

BUT - Good News! i just spoke to Code Enforcement and they looked up our property and said we can have ducks, geese, turkeys, or even a small goat if we wanted. So now my next search is for the perfect large fowl that will be nice to us, be gentle with our chickens, but chase the nasty cats away.

Glad she's okay...I know I would've been spitting nails...
Cats have been on my $4i+list now for a couple of years...since the neighbour's cat bit me for no reason.
A "Persian" doesn't need to be wandering...they're definitely house cats.
