my cat is sneezing and has a runny nose what can i buy at the feed store for him

Without any more info, it sounds like an upper respiratory issue. That would require antibiotics from a vet. You would want to have it tested for feline leukemia, if it hasn't been already. Sorry - there's nothing at the feed store that will cure it. They often sell 5-in-one vaccines, but it can't be given while the cat is sick. It's strictly preventitive.
Be aware that upper resp. diseases are very contagious, if you have other cats....

I second that, sounds like a trip to the vet is in order. Upper respiratory if left untreated will only get worse. and if Feline Leukemia, it is very contagious to other cats. Sorry about your kitty.
