He does have a job, he's to watch the yard and protect the ducks which my three do quite well. I may end up just closing the dog door so they can't go in the house. It just means when they get cold they will have to use the dog house instead of being able to curl up in my nice warm bed. 

That's a pretty good idea, I think. You may be able to let him back in eventually once his brain has had time to reprogram, but for now I think this will be best for your own sanity!

you also might be able to use a belly band to stop him for going when you aren't there.

Just wanted to update. I never found a way to stop him from peeing in the house. He peed on the furnace blower vent and that was the last straw. When the furnace kicked on the smell of burning pee filled the house. Awful! So they lost their inside privileges and all had to stay outside. I filled my big dog house with straw so they could stay warm but they ended up just staying under the porch overhang on their dog beds. It didn't ever really get that cold this winter.
