Cats and cranky old neighbors

CCI makes Low Velocity 22 ammo for just this problem...in a rifle they are almost as quiet as a BB gun, but still deadly on small animals (or squirels in the bird feeder)
I'd try to get to know the neighbour, easier to keep track of their future plans and problems

I saw on FB that the cat has been taken care of. Dog treed the cat and it was taken to the shelter. The neighbor was told that the last time it was seen was in the back pasture going to the woods. Poor cat was in bad shape so was prob put down.
