Yes you are right other peoples pets should NOT be on your property if you dont want them to be

but its the way you handle things that im worried about, and announcing to the world you wanna kill their pets as soon as you see them? ITs not about whats rigght or whats wrong its you waging war all the people who keep pets (which is almost everyone) you are putting yourself and your family at risk by doing insane/crazy things like that


Many people think of their pets as kids and might go a little insane if they see that you killed them and probably will end up causing you and ur family a lot of pain just think about things b4 u act

I am so excited, my DH was in the yard and saw a red fox. Is it ok if we KILL that. I hope it's not someones "PET".

I want to apologize to you all. I guess I’m a little depressed, down in the dumps. So to all you cat lovers, I am so sorry. I guess when things get you down you do dummmm things. I would give the shirt off my back if you needed it. So again sorry.

I am not sure what made you think that you could attack her and call her names because her belief is different from yours. That is not how it is done on the preditors and pests forum and you need to go to the top of the page and re-read the post that states that.

Coming on and saying that you personally would not handle the situation that way is one thing, but to attack her and call her crazy is another.

Now I will tell you Gin, I personally think the only thing you did wrong was miss. If that cat was important to someone it would be home or the owner would be out looking for it. So don't you beat yourself up for one minute over someone else's opinion. You do what is right and remember you are not crazy for making a personal choice that you believe is right for your yard and animals.

Animal1981 when your chickens are attacked you handle it any way you want with my blessings. I will respect any decission you make where your yard and family and pets are concerned, even if I don't agree with you. I sure hope in the future you give the same respect to the people on this board.

Gin forgot to say check with the local laws where that fox is concerned and then handle it any way you deem fit. Don't forget the 3 S's.

I am sorry that you have a chicken missing...... I too wanted to add that my cats are BIG "chickens" and though they are interested in my chickens they are very afraid and run away with their tails between their legs when the chickens want to check them out.

I hope you find out who your predator is.
