Only tried one tree since being blessed with the cat. I tried to be "smart" and purchased a silver artifical tree so there would be no mistaking it for an actual tree. It worked "sorta" cat did not climb the silver tree but she did eat the lower branches. I had to keep turning the tree so it wouldn't look so molested. Bright side very festive cat poop. Soo I voted either nothing to worry about or total doom...it really depends on how you look at it.:)

Merry Christmas to you all, hope your trees survived at least this long!

Well, my tree and the Christmas village survived the cats. They'll still be up for a few more days so hopefully I'm not cursing myself. :fl

My biggest challenge was keeping them away from the blankets I was making. I guess the kitchen must've looked like a giant tent city & every time I'd break out the sewing machine & the fleece they'd go insane. They'd be hiding & playing on the bench under it & running across the pinned fabric at full speed. One of them even jumped up on my perfectly flat, measured, pinned fleece, grabbed it & pulled most of it down in a clump. I'm not complaining. I know it could have been sooooooo much worse.

Glad it went as well for you as it did Roomy!

My 3 tipped the tree over once and made it wobble a few times...I'm counting myself lucky!
