Today at work There was A cat and her two babies sitting by a sewer grate and I walked over to see what it was about and one of her kittens fell down in the drain so I went back up to work and the supervisor called the fire dept. and they came and took the grate off and recued the kitten It was about 6 weeks old so cute. Gray with a white tail
He put it near the woods where the family was and mommy did come out to get it . I did not get any pictures but this was a wonderful ending for the mom and baby Thought I would share that story to all cat the lovers.

Awesome! So glad you were there in time of need and took the time for the rescue.

Check this out my cat Colby thinks he will eat deer tonight he sat and stocked this deer for a hr. or so while the deer was eating apples . So funny. The deer would look up him and he would get closer and closer to her .

That reminds me of my cat Fritz he thought he found a hawk dinner but the hawk was swooping low getting ready to eat him! I ran as quickly as i could and took him inside.
He's about 4-5 years old.Mostly an outdoor cat.

Its funny when a cat is raised around the farm how they protect the animal's
My cat will walk around the rabbit cages when the babies are born and check things out one day a couple babies fell on the ground under the cage and brought one the door meowing real loud looking on the step he placed a kit there so I took back to the cage and he showed me another one under the cage . And when the wild rabbits have babies he brings me them too he must think they are in danger too. He does not hurt them he just nonchalantly walks away. With the chicks when they escape he walks them back into the coop and sits and watches them all day . He is wonderful with them . Any one else have a cat like that . He does eat a sparrow once in a while but never my rabbits or chicks . He's a wonderful cat
