I don't like the sensationalism, and I don't follow cases like that. It just makes everyone paranoid. This is not something that should be splashed over national news day after day after day. This should be local news, and not covered nationally. JMHO

Sadly, it appears the mother is not playing with a full deck. The best we can do is hope and pray that the child turns up.

Most people thought that Elizabeth Smart was dead, and the two kidnapped boys in Missouri were just about written off.

Sometimes things do turn out for the better. I suspect the baby sitter was deported and took the child with her.
