As I type I have 5 Cayuga ducklings hatching in my incubator. Momma always seems to have a hard time hatching out live ducklings so I decided to give her some help. So far so good!

So far 3 have successfully hatched with the other 2 having holes poked out of the shells. 2 of the ducks seem to have a problem standing up. I read somewhere to take bandaids and tape them around the legs for support. Has anyone tried this?

Awww I love Cayugas! Jealous. :)

I hope everything goes well for you! :)

EDIT:
I don't have any experience on the leg issues, sorry. ):

All the ducks have hatched and the leg issues seemed to clear up after I put hay in the box. Guess they couldn't stand up on a slick box surface. Ill be offering them for sale if anyone is interested.

Something killed my drake and I'm looking for a replacement. My poor gals are grieving and at a loss of what to do now. I live in southern Illinois if you or you know someone who has one for sale, please PM me.

Update: Ducksinarow gave me a 7 month drake, Khaki Campbell! He is adjusting well! It just took him 5 minutes to figure out the ramp and get out of the coop. He's had a bath, snack and he is getting familiar with his harem!
