You may have a CCL pullet but the cockerel looks like a mixed breed to me.
Just because it came out of a blue egg does not mean it is a pure CCl. You say the father is a CCL but that does not prove the father was a pure CCL to start with. If someone tried to sell the cockerel in the photo to me as a CCL, I would not believe them and I would not buy it.

They are from UK. Thank you, I don’t think at 15 weeks he’s stopped growing. There are two kinds of combs as well. I have read though maybe he’s got too much of the rust feathers and more Cream is standard. But most particularly thank you for being kind. These are just backyard chickens not destine for a show but I don’t want to have to cull another due to lack of being able to find a home if necessary. Am not quite cut out for that part of it all though neither did I shirk my responsibilities there. So far he’s a good, calm, respectful boy so I pray that stays that way. I know to ride out what the next few weeks bring though hormone wise.
The SOP in the UK is different from the proposed SOP in the U.S. One particular difference is that olive eggs are acceptable in the UK but not in the U.S.
