Congratulations on your new studio! Will you have running water? And will your kiln go in here?

I play in mud, too.
I will have a 5 gallon container with a spigot, and a laundry sink with a drain running outside. Yes, my kiln will go in there.
Very excited about the whole thing!
Let's see some of your pieces!

It's great to have your own private place to work. I have a similar setup. We converted a third bay in our garage into a studio, so the water is in the main garage but the sink only drains to a five gallon bucket that I have to dump outside. It's a little tight in the studio with all the equipment, but it works. I got a slab roller this year that had to go in the main garage. I'm about to start glazing: bowls, holiday decorations, salt and pepper shakers, etc.

Some of my animal pieces are in another post: https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/animals-in-clay.1554937/

Oh yes, i did look at your thread. How big is your space?
It's long and narrow. 9.5' x 28'. I have rubber stall mats on the floor because the concrete is always cold, and an infrared panel heater on the wall that doesn't have a fan to stir up clay dust. Maintains a comfortable temperature. I seem to be able to get clay and glaze everywhere when I work so that dust is a major issue. Picture attached.

Nice! I am very messy, and am sick of painting. Three coats on everthing, you would think i was glazing the studio! My least favorite thing is glazing.
