Getting some eggs tomorrow!!!!! spoke to another breeder and she said there are Japs and then there are true Chabo's? Getting some eggs from her also, she says her birds are not much bigger than navel oranges!

they are under my pekin as we speak, and getting another 4 tomorrow

Well a good day..... that surviving egg hatched!!!!!! Not sure on the colour..... looks bluish black with yellow around the face and on the belly, will post pics soon.

Well this is the product of that 1 surviving egg!!!! Got another 12 eggs from the same breeder, this time better fertility, 6 in total alive and developing...... should get 1 mottle, 1 black tailed buff, 2 black and 2 birchen..... can't wait!

With the big boys!!!!! How cute is he!
