Yay!!! Breeding area sounds interesting.Over a week and a half since I noticed the fowl pox infection, no new infection as of todayI cleaned and put away the grow out coop today, so no more hatching this year. We're fixing on doing the roof extension weekend after next. And I have plans for a breeding area. I'll upload pics soon.
I'm pretty excited about it! My husband really isn't, lol, but it won't take much work. We'll basically just be extending the grow out area, so it'll be 14x6. That way I can separate whoever I'm wanting to hatch from.
Those pure ameraucanas will probably not be obvious until much later. So freaking cute!
Yeah, all the am's I've had are usually around 6-8 weeks before I have a good idea, so we've got a ways to go, lol. But all these littles are cute as can be (but aren't all chicks
). I can't wait for them to feather or some more, watching how they change is one of the most exciting parts!
