Changing roo's?

I changed Roo's in my Buff Orph pen and my Barred Rock pen and moved all the chickens around into breeding pens. Since then they have quit laying. I know moving them will effect their laying, but it's been a month almost. Could the roo change affect them also? I finally got 1 BR egg today, but still nothing from the other 3 BR's or from the BO's.
