As for the pullet I take this picture and superimpose a picture of my pullet on top of it and check the difference (you know the 2 pictures are the same scale) same for the roo...

Thank you. That is certainly the back and tail I aim for. That tail is maybe a little fuller than I like, but that is part of the difference in the Partridge and the White I think.

I was out taking pictures so maybe I would have something for my very late Christmas cards, so thought I would share them on here. These are some of the bachelor boys I kept back from different breedings. Happy Holidays all!

Well, mine do mind the snow...but I guess it is much colder here.....

That group of bachelors have been very tolerant of the cold and snow. It was 13 below Fahrenheit which I guess is around 25 below celsius last night. I did not let that group out, but my hens were out walking around on top of the snow today.

Isabelle, how cold is it up your way??
