Charcoal vs Propane

Either is fine with me. Not picky. But I am looking to get a pellet smoker grill.

Charcoal! Best flavor and I use a heating element to light it instead of fluid.

If you haven't tried it yet, biomass cubes are amazing for lighting charcoal. I just stick 2-3 in the coals, light them with my grill lighter and the grill is ready in around 10ish minutes

I’ve not tried those as my element works great and all I have to do is plug it in, no additional purchase necessary. But those would be nice in a situation where electricity isn’t an option.

Everything is expensive nowadays. But I've found some that are decently priced on Amazon, & TSC.
