And their baby miracle

I miss having foster kittens in the house. Our last foster went to a new home in July and we haven’t had any littles since May. Unfortunately I don’t really have time for any right now since I’m working full time.

I fell through our front porch today. My leg hurts. Thanks for letting me whine.

We've been telling the landlord for a while now that front porch needs fixing. After I managed to extract myself from the hole (nothing broken) we told him what happened and he sent a guy right over who spent the afternoon demolishing the whole porch. Supposedly it will be rebuilt soon but in the meantime we have to leave the house by the back door and trek through multiple chicken fences to leave. lol. Landlord also tends to be not-awesome at finishing projects so I hope it actually gets done.

Honestly, I would be mad, but he does put up with a lot of our chicken shenanigans and helps us out with used building materials. I'm not sure if that makes up for it, but it does keep me from complaining too loudly, lol. Let not the supply of fencing end!

I tried to ice this huge bruise on my shin bone but I was feeling too wimpy and the ice pack was too heavy.

Oh no! :hugs

I have something I've never dealt with in a BB Bronze Turkey, & that's gout. I'm treating the Jenny with Tart Cherry Extract capsules, & hopefully it helps.
She has it bad, in her hock/ankle, & in her foot. She's so painful she doesn't want to walk.
I would give her an Aspirin, but I don't want medication accumulating in the meat.
