Hey, just caught up on your notes over at hatching thread. You are doing a great job with that. I want to keep reading up "live" on the mysteries of hatching chickies so I will not be so overwhelmed next time.

Oh well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it! heehee (who am I kidding?)

I can separate my ( pure bred ) favorites into sections. Egg Production - White Leghorn. Meat - Jersey Giants. Dual purpose - Sussex ( speckled, platinum ) Ornamental - Long tails eg: Phoenix, Yokohama, Samatra. Just for fun - Orpingtons ( Lav and Choc ) Wyandottes ( all laced ). Coloured eggs - Marans.

O.K this is only if I had a gun to my head and could only choose one breed from each section
