They are supposed to be the best tasting chicken. I can get eggs from greenfire farms, close enuf to go pick up when the time comes. They also have the bredas.......mmmmmmm yummy!!

now that I am back on my property,I can have as many as I want, as long as they produce and pay for themselves. I am thinking about the bresses because they are a french delicacy, and I am thinking maybe I can get me a little fancy chicken meat business going on.....got a lot of research to do first.
