Really hoping today is the last day for.negatives this week. I have 6 birds inside and I haven't gone out yet to check for new ones this morning. It's-18F right now, and I'm just so tired.

Brr, I can't even imagine! We were -7°F overnight here and around -5°F when I went out to feed and water everyone, and that was brutal enough for me. Hope your birds pull through it all okay

Unrelated, but I forgot to close one of my coops last night--I could have cried! Thankfully, everyone is safe this morning, but the thought of what could have happened just upsets me so much. That coop is housing some of my best and most promising silkied Cochins right now, so not only could I have lost some very beloved birds, but it would have set my breeding program for them back so much. Gotta be better about getting everyone closed up properly!
