Thank you! Every time a bird you've been waiting for finally lays, it's exciting to say the least! I can't remember what I was feeling the first time I ever found an egg in the nest box, bit I can tell you that to this day the excitement is real

Uh... Is no one gonna ask for more info here, because I think I need to know more, here.

I was grabbing eggs from a prefab and as i straightened up, a little hawk buzzed past. I think it was swooping for one of the Littles near me and didn't notice me until I suddenly was right there.

I actually pay for someone else to do it. I know, I know, it's the coward's way out of the responsibility I have as a breeder, but I just can't do it

Do NOT feel shame about this...like, for real. I would do the exact same thing if I were you. We all have our limits.
