You're working on NOT doing that habit any more. You are learning new, better behaviors. You are changing, and it's scary. Can he/she help you through this time? Offer better behaviors to try?

Thanks Fluffy. Good point as usual. It’s just hard to do.You shouldn't feel bad about others in this ituation. You need to put yourself first. Think of yourself. Sometimes when we put others first we find ourselves disappointed no matter what
