Yes really and nahh not really. It says on the packaging it’s equivalent to 1-2 8 oz cups of coffee. And the Dunkin refresher I usually get is like 135 ish for a large.

True haha but I mean soda is pretty unhealthy. Even the diet and zero ones I drink. Coffee and tea has a lot of benefits. Antioxidants and other stuff. And I say this as someone who LOVES soda lol but yeah, it’s really not a lot of caffeine when you consider most people are drinking more like 16 oz cups/mugs unless it’s espresso so that’s like 200 mgs per cup and most people have at LEAST two cups so that’s like 400 mgs of caffeine. If you get a large at Dunkin or elsewhere it’s about that much caffeine for one cup lol I only ever drink two of these at most. I would never dream of 3 or 4.
