Chat Thread for Readers and Writers!

No problem! Good thread! I bet you are great, maybe better than I! I always take time to think of titles and when I go to write them, they don't sound as good. :p
I tend to write the story first, then think of a title. Which is a shame, because the only good ones I come up with don't have a storyline. Guess we're opposites

I've found an excellent way to pass time is to tell myself a story in my head as if I were reading a book - like a movie I've seen recently. Do you just write them in your head or write them down afterwards?

I like to write a few of them, only the most important ones. Some just don't work on paper though and some quite frankly are too confusing to put into words. The ones i can write though tend to turn into novels even if it was originally just a short story of a blind man forgetting to wear pants to work.

As I have mentioned many times I am currently obsessed with sci-fi. Anyways, my friend convinced me to try the book Origin by Jessica Khoury. I have never been sucked into a book as fast as that - even Harry Potter, which is my favorite book series. I won't spoil anything, but I would give it a try if you want to stop by the library. Just thought I'd let you guys know.
Also she has written other books which I have not read yet but I've heard they're just as good!

I love to read, but I also have an interest to write. I would like to write one day, about my husband's cancer. The journey this family went on, & still are. That's why I want to wait a bit. Anything else I m game :celebrate

@Rubysword (Mind if we continue our conversation here? I mean it's the perfect category!)

I got Gryffindor and Thunderbird for Ilvermorny. It's official, you can't lose faith in it! :gig Although someone I know who's a total Hufflepuff got Gryffindor too. What House did you get?

I'm a total Ravenclaw, and got Hufflepuff. I don't have anything against Puffs(go Newt) but I am definitely a Ravenclaw, and the hat listens to your concerns.
