Hi, I need some help if anyone can please. 
I got my permit today to ship some hatching eggs up North and now I have to attach the permit and my NPIP paper work to the box for the Dept. of AG to verify. Has anyone had to do this to let me know the best way attach all the permits to the box for shipping?

The only states that I come across issues with are VA and Alaska

Same as above. VA requires a permit filled out and I've never shipped to AK so I don't know on that one.
